Introduction

This License Agreement governs your use of Branding Pay’s platform, API, tools, and services. By accessing or using our system, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.

License Grant

Branding Pay grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Use our payment gateway within your platform or services
Integrate our API according to published documentation
Access dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools

Restrictions

You may not reverse-engineer or decompile the platform
You may not resell our services without agreement
You may not use our tools for illegal or prohibited activities
You must comply with all financial and data regulations

Ownership

All software, trademarks, and content remain the exclusive property of Branding Pay. You receive a usage license — not ownership rights.

Termination

Branding Pay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your license for violations of this agreement, fraud, or misuse of our platform.
