  • A payment was made by mistake or duplicated
  • A transaction was unauthorized or fraudulent
  • A technical error occurred during payment processing
  • The educator has approved the refund request

Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed digital services
  • Delivered digital products
  • Subscription periods already consumed
  • Chargeback fees or dispute-related costs

Refund Timeframe

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment method and bank processing times.
