Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the individual educator or business using our platform. However, Branding Pay will issue refunds when:
- A payment was made by mistake or duplicated
- A transaction was unauthorized or fraudulent
- A technical error occurred during payment processing
- The educator has approved the refund request
Non-Refundable Items
- Completed digital services
- Delivered digital products
- Subscription periods already consumed
- Chargeback fees or dispute-related costs
Refund Timeframe
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment method and bank processing times.
